By initializing a deployment of Axiom Metrics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable export control regulations concerning embedded hardware management tools.
We guarantee a 98.4% uptime across all client instances. Scheduled maintenance for the orchestration engine will be communicated 72 hours in advance. Failure to meet these metrics will result in pro-rated credit adjustments.
You may terminate your instance at any time. Upon termination, all indexed repository metadata and compliance reports will be permanently purged within 30 days.
